Chef Chris McDonald is one of Canada’s most respected and influential chefs. He has brought his experience to several acclaimed restaurants in Canada such as Centro and Santa Fe Bar and Grill in Toronto. He opened his own restaurant, Avalon in 1995. After 11 years, he went on to open Cava restaurant and XOCOCAVA. Today he is consulting chef at Barsa Taberna.
