Jalapeño Relleno: Picadillo-stuffed pickled jalapeño made with 32 different ingredients including pork, nuts, seeds, dry fruits and aromatic spices and herbs
Camarones a la diabla: Corn puree, guajillo/arbol adobo, avocado, shrimp and grilled corn
Pippin Verde: Chicken meatballs with pumpkin based pipian verde
Elia Herrera is our executive chef and hails from Cordoba in Mexico. Her recipes have been passed down through many generations of her family and she draws her inspiration to create new dishes from her Mother and Grandmother. She takes great pride in bringing authentic and fresh Mexican food and culture to downtown Toronto.
