Born in a small rural town just outside Melbourne, Australia, Stuart Cameron knew from an early age that his passion was in the kitchen. His tenacious passion for discovering original culinary style and technique led him to North America. In 2004 in Vancouver he obtained a highly sought-after position working with Chef Stephanie Meyer as part of the opening team at Saveur Restaurant. In Toronto his talent and expertise brought him to work with Food Network celebrity Chef, Roger Mooking at Nyood and later Chef de Cuisine at Kultura. Currently, Stuart Cameron has assumed the prestigious position of Executive Chef at Icon Legacy. He brings his passion and talent for creating innovative cuisine, using meticulously sourced ingredients from around the world, to the menus of Weslodge, Patria, STORYS, Byblos Toronto, Byblos Miami and NAO Steakhouse.
